Michael is the Branch Sales Manager and Certified Reverse Mortgage Specialist with The Forman Mortgage Team at 1st Metropolitan Mortgage. He has a strong knowledge of the vast loan programs that 1st Metropolitan Mortgage has to offer. He specializes in assisting customers with loans for first time home buyers, Residential, Commercial, Construction and Reverse Mortgage loans.
Today more than ever before Michael believes a mortgage should be viewed as a financial instrument that needs to be integrated completely into an overall financial plan. He also believes a mortgage should be viewed not as a debt-instrument, but rather a wealth-creation instrument.
When properly structured and managed, a mortgage strategy can be a powerful tool in reaching both short and long-term financial goals.
